We’re very excited to put the spotlight on Thomas, our Restaurant Manager at Four Frogs Crêperie Randwick. He’s been an important part of our team and we wanted to share his story and a few interesting things about him.

Tell us more about your role at Four Frogs.

As the restaurant manager at Randwick, my main role is to make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. With my nice and fun team, we thrive to provides our customers with the best experience possible whether they are dining in or grabbing take away food.

How long have you been working for Four Frogs?
I’ve been working at Four Frogs for almost 3 years now. I started as a waiter then went to be assistant manager and now manager.

What is your favourite Crêpe or galette? 
Nothing beats the French classic, Butter, Sugar, and Lemon.

What makes a good Crêpe?
I like them thin and slightly cooked with obviously a nice amount of butter spreaded over it.

Tell us about your experience in the food industry. 
I have always been passionate about food and its industry. I’ve started in fine dining and moved towards a variety of restaurants since then. I found a home in Four Frogs Crêperie because I love the work culture here.

What do you enjoy when you are not at Four Frogs?  
I like to enjoy the outdoors, either for some activities, at the beach or having a glass of wine on a terrace.
