From the launch of Hervés’ Wine Series on 30 March to a vibrant Herve’s Laneway
Sessions on Easter Sunday 9 April in celebration of their upcoming one-year
anniversaire – here’s what’s on at Herve’s Restaurant and Bar during the Autumn

30 March 2023: Experience the first ‘Herve’s Wine Series’:

“Our unmissable masterclass in Pinot Noir”

Launching Thursday, 30 March 2022 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Brisbane wine lovers
are invited to the first Hervé’s Wine Series – an educational tastings series held each
month by the leaders behind the hatted artisanal French-inspired restaurant in
Brisbane’s Albion.
The first Wine Series is capped at 50 guests only, with pinot noir the first heroed wine
– the warming and complex red varietal ideal to launch the series this Autumn.

Accompanying canapes include Salt Cod Brandade Croquette; as well as Roasted
Black Figs with Caramelised Filo Tart, Whipped Mascarpone and Tarragon.

Dudognon said the monthly events are
designed to be a night of pure French-
inspired indulgence.
“Whether you’re new to wines, or a
long-time connoisseur – our monthly
Wine Series are about sharing the art
and science behind the wines and
produce we share at Hervé’s,”
Dudognon says.
“You’re learning from our leading wine providers – taking you on a journey of the
tastebuds. With Pinot Noir first up, this varietal is known for its elegance, complexity,
and versatility – and each sip shared tells a
story of the land, the winemaker, and the
grapes. And you’ll experience this all while
soaking in our beautiful atmosphere –
leaving you saying ‘ooh la la’.”
Tickets are priced at $89 per person with
canapes included starting from Thursday, 30
March 2022 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
