Julien Audibert-Lebon

Julien Audibert-Lebon is a talented French chef who is making a name for himself in the Sydney food scene.

Born and raised in Paris, Julien developed a passion for cooking at a young age and went on to train at some of the best culinary schools in Paris.

Julien worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and alongside Pierre Hermé, Patrice Hardy and Jean Michel Guilloteau.

Julien then traveled the world, honing his skills and working in kitchens across Europe, Asia, and Australia. He eventually settled in Sydney, where he has become known for his innovative and contemporary approach to French cuisine.

Quickly making a name for himself in Sydney, Julien worked at several high-end restaurants including Bennelong. He went on to create and direct J’adore Catering, a company particularly known for his use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and its commitment to sustainability
and ethical food practices.

In 2019, Julien opened his own restaurant, L’Heritage, in Sydney. The restaurant has quickly become one of Sydney’s popular dining destinations, attracting both locals and visitors with its refined menu and elegant atmosphere.

Today, Chef Julien Audibert-Lebon continues to push the boundaries of French cuisine in Sydney, always striving to create new and exciting dishes that showcase his love of food and his commitment to quality.
