Meet Killian, our talented venue manager at L’Heritage.

Killian has been a part of our team for a while now and we believe it’s time for a reintroduction…
With a background in fine dining hospitality, Killian started his career at the young age of 15 as an apprentice, and then honed his skills in a high-capacity bistro near Bordeaux.
He took a break to travel Southeast Asia for 2 years, where he learned to scuba dive and became a rescue diver.
Killian decided to perfect his bartending skills and worked in a cocktail bar in New Zealand for a year.
He graduated from Australia WSET 2 (Wine Spirit Education Trust) and has a keen interest in sommellerie. His travel experiences have given him an understanding of the different wine-making processes from around the world.
One last thing about Killian is that he highly values and prioritises customer satisfaction and happiness. He has always been a fantastic host and we know that he will continue to be.
